It seems like one of our clients was having a problem submitting our Jotform with an iPad.

He filled it out a few times and when he got to the end, it wouldn't let him submit.

    Has anyone encountered this before?

    Thanks!

I can submit your form without any issues so I think this is more related to the embedding method. Please try using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Note that your webpage requires a password so cannot view it.

    Hi Welvin,

The form is embedded using iFrame, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

It might be on his end, I just want to make sure no one has issues on any device.

    ???

    Hello Pete,

Can it be possible that your form user had his javascript disabled on that form? That I believe would be a primary cause to why the form would not allow him to submit. So far we have not encountered any issues or received reports of such problem.

If possible, it would be great if you can share with us the code to access your web page and make tests on your form.

    Thanks.
