    we have been charged $159 we are not using the service please advise.

    There is no need to open multiple threads for the same inquiry. As answered here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/927482/?, please confirm if you want us to canceled the Bronze yearly subscription that renewed today, so we can refund it and set your account back to free.
