My emailed filled out form has incorrect widget at the top of the email

why is my filled out form putting the widgit ant the top instead of in order? can you fix it for me

The issue should be fixed. I have removed the first widget field {tag} from your email template.

Hi- thanks but, I would like to have the response of the widget part of the form viewable in my email up in my emails now…we used to be able to have this and now I can only see the response when you open up the attachment…

The current issue is related to the missing title of the widget. Please add some title to the widget in order to display the whole widget in the emails.
