    My forms are not going to the correct designated email address.

    hi, I need some immediate assistance. for the last 6 days all of our forms have stopped being emailed to info@believersworld.com they are stopping at the jotform website.  we cannot have this i need someone to help me fix this immediately please. I look forward to your quick response.

    I checked our mail logs and it seems like all the emails are being sent successfully to your email address. Your email address is not in the bounce list so the emails are sent correctly. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History

    Please check your spambox to see if the emails were sent there. Also make sure that noreply@formresponse.com and noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list. To make sure that you receive the emails successfully, please contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist Jotform's addresses from this list: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
