Why embedded form in a Wordpress site is stuck on please wait and never submits?

Good Afternoon

My form in not working in wordpress, i got two forms from JOT FORM both in wordpress but they are not workint, it says please wait and stay forever.

 When i used to program in html using dreamweaver, i had no problem with the form from JOT FORM, is there a solution?

Which embed method are you using? 

I would suggest you to try embedding your form using the iFrame code, this will help you to avoid any conflict between the form's code and the code in your website.
