How long until I hear back from you?

I was wondering how long it usually takes to here back from you?

have have a critical issue with my forms not going to our info@believeresorld.com

I did check it says we are not on the bounce list.

Please advise asap

hi, I need some immediate assistance. for the last 6 days all of our forms have stopped being emailed to info@believersworld.com they are stopping at the jotform website.  we cannot have this i need someone to help me fix this immediately please. I look forward to your quick response.
