    I did try inserting the {Name:Given} tag but it just prints exactly that - {Name:Given}

    I might not have the correct typing here, but in Quiz form I did copy and paste into the header

    Hello,

    in separating the first name and last name, you will need to use :first or :last. So in your case, on the subject line, the template variable to use should be

         {name:first}

    But in order for us to be able to fully identify the issue in detail (just in case the variable set is different), it would be great if you can share with us the link to the form so we can be more accurate with the solution that we can provide. In any case, feel free to try out the solution I gave.

    If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    I checked the form but I don't see any email notification setting in it. There however is an autoresponder but the subject is not the same as that you have on your screenshot.

    Can you provide us more information on which form this is happening?

    Thanks.
