How can I make a responsive form for Muse?

Hi there!

Just wanted to know how can I create a responsive form that works fine in muse, cause Ive created one (with the "responsive" widget included) and when I publish it in business catalyst the form works fine until certain point (right around the 720px) the it just disappear for no reason.

And then, embed your form usings its iframe embed code in your Muse site.

If you see any problems after that, please let us know the website URL where the form is embedded so we can inspect it in our browser.
