Invoice request

    Hi There,


    I am trying to obtain an invoice for a payment made in relation to my account on the 10/10/2023. I cannot remember the passcode to my account. I have not received an email containing this invoice. I have tried to log into my account but cannot remember the passcode. When I try to reset my passcode, I do not receive the email allowing me to reset.

    Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. When I looked at your email Phi*.Wo***yr**@d**cover**plc.com, I saw it was linked to a deleted account, which is why you can not reset your password. For a copy of your invoice, please allow me some time to forward your request to our Billing Team. I will get back to you as soon as I get an update.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard back from our Billing Team. They've sent the invoice to your email phi*.wo***yr**@d**cover**plc.com.
