I am having a problem matching the fields in JotForm to the fields in mailchimp

My form has four fields, first name, last name, email and problem.  I have the same four fields created on my form in Mailchimp.  However when I do the integration is says Full Name instead of first name, and it wont let me add field for last name.  When I look at the import in mailchimp the last name column is there but has no entries.

The full name field in MailChimp by default is only one field in the integration, we recommend that you use the "Full Name" field found under the Quick Fields section, that field was designed to properly match the integration fields like the "Full Name" field in MailChimp. 

The problem on the current setup if that you are matching the "Full Name" in MailChimp to only one text box, which is "First Name". The "Full Name" field in MailChimp needs to be mapped on the "Full Name" of JotForm.

If you need adjustment on the design of the "Full Name" field, please let us know.
