Webhooks with ASP.NET SQL

Where does this Webhooks code go to? And is it a must to have a SubmissionID? SubmissionIDs are only submitted or created after the form is sent! So, there is no way of getting a submission ID for your form! Hey, this not a practical approach of fetching data from your Jotform. Please tell me without posting PHP links on how this is done? Here is my Webhooks code, and I don't even know where it goes on my ASP webform or Jotform:

Further more? Why should we put data already with John, and last name Doe if the form will do the fetching automatically? Please provide enough help if you're willing to help somebody!

Rose has given some alternatives for the time being while she's waiting for an update from our colleagues who may help you with this. I understand you don't know/use PHP but the examples we have are mostly with PHP.

I also noticed from the code snippet you pasted above, that you just copied the RequestBin URL on the screenshot from this page How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm 

and I don't even know where it goes on my ASP webform or Jotform

Webhooks are HTTP callbacks. This means it will POST the results to the Webhook URL you have setup on your form

Those do not answer my question! I want to know how to implement it from start to stop using ASP.NET, SQL, and Webhooks! All your questions have links that lead to no where! All you have is Php and MSQL. What about ASP and SQL? Where is the complete tutorial? Please provide these complete solutions so we can go home and implement our business! She did not help me with anything! What you have posted I have already done that from another article!

First of all, I understand your frustration, since seeing many links that point to guides where there are instructions and things out of our understanding can be a little overwhelming.

Please note that those guides are meant to help, but it requires some basic understanding of coding and some programming languages, because what you are trying to implement is an advanced feature.

We, the support team, are trained to fully assist you with the JotForm tool, and provide you handy articles that will guide you to implement things. However, advanced features such as the "Webhook technique" requires some extra work and knowledge(developers skills) that some of us may lack of experience, and some may not, and those supporters who may have more experience with this technique, might be able to help you only in their free time.

That's why, I would recommend you to hire a developer to whom you could share the guides provided, in order to expedite the process of implementing what you need.

Give me one so that I can hire him! ODESK or Upwork is for thieves since they joined forces with Elance to become Upwork! I hired a developer to create for me a payment system, they now say that I should pay him half for the half work he has done! They are saying its legal fees for the Court! Have you ever heard a website that has its own Legal Court! You came there to buy a software not to hire a Court to listen to your case!

Sorry but that's no longer part of our scope. We also do not do custom works here so we suggest finding one at Upwork. We were actually all hired from Upwork so I'm pretty sure there's still a lot you can find there at a fair rate.
