Can't add sender email even if its verified

    I need to use the email relacionamento@redevida.com.br as a sender to on of my forms. I've used the option "verified email" to add this adress to my sender email list of options but it doesn't appear as an option there. How can I solve that?

    Once you verified a Sender Email, a verification code will be sent to that email address. Please follow the instructions in order to add an email to the Sender Email options.

    I have also checked the Auto-responder in your form and I saw that email address as one of the options in the Sender Email drop down. Is it possible that you already figured it out?
