I've had at least 7 people tell me that their form submission process can't be completed when they try to submit it through their cell phone. Most people now a days check email through their phones. How do I resolve this issue? Please HELP!!!

JotForm forms are mobile responsive and it works perfectly on mobile.
Where do your users submit the form, is it in a standalone form or the form embedded on your website? Please let us know the website URL if your form is embedded so we can inspect it here. Perhaps it's due to script conflict that's why the form isn't working properly. I suggest you re-embed your form using its iframe embed code, this normally solves the problem.
