How can I find someone else's form they have published?

I am not exactly sure if I understood your question correctly. Whose form you want to find? Form from one of our users? We do not know where forms from our users are embedded, unless they provide us URL of their webpage. If you are looking for a form from some specific user it would be the best to contact them and ask them to provide you URL of their form or URL of there embedded form. 

However if you want to create new form or use some specific form, you can check our template gallery and see if one of the form that are shared there fit your needs.
