My co-worker is continuing to not receive an email notification that a form has been submitted even though his email (firstname.lastname@example.org) is listed. Another co-workers email (email@example.com) receives the email when the form is submitted but the other email will not.
We have had this issue before and reach out to support and it was resolved but not the issue has come up again. This is for the Non-Military Residency Short Form within my JotForm account.

I checked this email: firstname.lastname@example.org in our logs and I found out that it ended in our Bounce list and the reason is below:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I removed that email from Bounce list and you will be able to receive submissions now.
