I had this problem before and believe it was because I moved the sheet, so I "unintegrated" and then "reintegrated." That worked for a few days, but now it has stopped again. This time I did not move the sheet to another file, but I did copy it to another file.Page URL:

Two days ago we had an issue with Google Spreadsheet integration, new submissions were delayed or they were not sent. This issue was resolved by our developers. However it is possible that because of that issue your integration was broken. Please try to reintegrate your form again with Google Spreadsheet and see if new submissions are shown inside of Spreadsheet.
I did few tests on my cloned form and Google Spreadsheet integration is working on my end.
