Why if the CVV number is incorrect a message is shown, but no link to go back to the form?Asked by rsabian on September 09, 2016 at 12:52 PMSecond, if the CVV number is incorrect, it says Oops, but unlike the other credit card errors, it does not have a Go Back link. Visitors are stuck on that page with nowhere to go. On my embedded site, if a visitor hits their browser back button, they leave the form page completely which would be bad.
I have checked the form, but unfortunately I could not get the error message that you're referring, as far as I know there is only one general message that shows when the CC info entered is invalid.
Also, there is an error that appears in the form, while you're filling it out and it looks like this one:
Could you please provide us a screenshot of the error you're getting on your end?
We will be glad to check it and if needed we will be glad to forward your thread to our second level so this can be fixed.
We look forward to your response.
