PayPal payment field: Merchant is unable to receive funds

    Please see attachment. I have already called PayPal and there is nothing wrong on their end. Please help ASAP

    I believe this is about your form 41630197525151, named Registration Form, since this is the only form in your account with a Paypal payment field. I have logged into your account to check it out, and I instantly noticed you have entered the following as your PayPal account:

    Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED Parts 2 & 3 Skills Session Saturday September 10am-1pm in Hanford, CA $30.00

    Please keep in mind that you should enter your PayPal account's email address in the PayPal Account field, and not any other text except the email address. Otherwise, PayPal cannot know which of their accounts is should receive the payment (who is the merchant).

    Simply replace that text with the email address of your PayPal account, and you should be able to receive funds correctly. This guide describes the process of setting up the PayPal payment field:

    To access your existing credentials and update them, when you are editing the form, please click on the wand-shaped icon of your Paypal field to run its wizard:

    Once there, click on the gear-shaped icon in the top right corner, and then enter your correct email address in the PayPal Account field:

    Save the form, and let us know should you encounter any further issues after that.
