Our account is scanine@sbcglobal.net We are not receiving notifications when someone fill out a form. Thank you for your help

I have checked and email address you provided is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:
scanine@sbcglobal.net is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 flpd573 DNSBL:RBL 521< 209.126.119.154
I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.

Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
