I currently testing the jotform for use as an online application form for our school. I want to know from which smtp email relays are the contact data sent from?
For example if a candidate fills the form and uploads his resume using the form, does this mean the whole data from the contact form would be sent from his personal email smtp relays to our recipients OR do u have your internal email engine / smtp relays from which all messages are sent from. Just wanted to know to be able to cope with the large applications we receive everyday.

The email notifications and auto responders are generated and sent from JotForm's email servers.
If you need the IP addresses for whitelisting, please let us know.

Can your email servers handle over 1000 daily client submissions (with file attachments of about 1MB) every day with each submission going to about 50 recipient examiners.
Waiting for your reply

Hello mikeapiit. Yes our email servers can handle sending up to an average of 50,000 emails per day.
In regarding to the file attachments. The files are not actually getting attached to the notification, but rather being uploaded to the servers. Then the email notification provides a link for download of the files uploaded by the form user.
If you wish to receive the file attachment immediately, I recommend integrating your form with Dropbox, download the Dropbox application and have it installed on your computer. This way as soon as you have received a submission, Dropbox will prompt you that you have received a submission and you have immediately downloaded the PDF with the submitted data with the file attachment sent.
You can learn more about JotForm with Dropbox integration from this link.
Please let us know if you have further questions or other concerns.
