Why my account is disabled?

    What's up with your platform? The form is not found again. Last time I had this problem I guess you fixed with without contacting me, and publishing an old version of the form. When I updated the form it gives the error I had before: "

    Form not found

    This form is disabled."


    What is going on?

    I see that my colleague already answered in your other thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/926286-form-disabled, since you used our forms to collect sensitive information(credit card information), which is not allowed by our Terms of Use, our system auto suspended you. My colleague removed those fields from your form and activated your account, but since you created those fields again, our system suspended you.

    I removed those fields from your form now, please avoid putting them back or you will be suspended.

    If you need to collect payment information please use our Payment fields.
