Why was I charged?

    I signed up for the free account and never requested an upgrade. Why was I charged?

    There is no way for us whatsoever to charge a user unless they do it on their own, because we never ever request payment information to free users.

    So either you or someone else with access to your paypal account purchased the subscription. At any rate, this is now canceled.
