InfusionSoft: What integration name should I use when setting up a campaign?

    Thank you...the only question I have now is, what is JotForm's integration name? Is it still 'jotform', or would it be my Infusionsoft app name? Previously JotForm would give me the integration name as 'jotform'

    Reason I ask is because I'm testing a jotform API call to Infusionsoft, but it's still not coming in to infusionsoft.

    In infusionsoft I have "integration" as 'jotform', and created the API call name and matched it in both the new jotform integration wizard and Infusionsoft, then published the campaign. I put myself in the campaign and filled out the form, but still no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    When you are setting up your campaign and add the API you will get the "Integration" field pre-filled with you InsufionSoft app name, you should leave it as it is and provide only the API Call Name which you will use in the JotForm integration wizard:

    I tried using the app name, and it works!!!! Outstanding job making this integration work again!!

    You've been very helpful in solving an otherwise frustrating matter...frustrating due to the fact we've depended on JotForm so heavily in our business and need it to integrate flawlessly with our other marketing tools. Regaining this capability is huge for us, as I'm sure it will be for others using similar marketing tools. We very much appreciate the work you've done to make it happen.
