I cannot get into my forms.

    The password I have on file does not work. And when I ask for a new password, nothing gets mailed to me.

    Can you please tell us your jotform account/username or even your form URL. We will check.

    I currently could not trace your account using the email address you used on this post.

    From the invoice I found the account/username is keiththirgood  

    I also sent a login reset to the email. You can reset the login password if you need to.
