Our forms have stopped submitting or redirecting to URLs after clicking submit.
We are receiving numerous customer complaints and we cannot fix the issue.

Our sincerest apologies, the problem is now fixed.
We had a temporary problem with Google Docs integration creating overloads in our server but it should be fine by now.
