Can I send a form directly in an email?

Hello, thanks for solving our problem whit the bounce emails, i was wondering if i can send an email whit a form in it?

Unfortunately, it is not recommended to embed the form in an HTML email. The reason why is because our embed codes contains scripts that are not allowed in most email providers.
