Having trouble with a form.

I am using a form to have sponsors and golfers pay for a tournment. I want to specify the number of golfers that they get to register so I have a calculated field based on the option they choose. Everything works great UNTIL I select method of payment when the number of golfers gets zeroed out. Any suggestions?

I checked your number of golfers field and it shows that it has a zero value, and for this reason that whenever you select a method of payment, the field updates with the set value that it should print.

I would suggest to create a different field that will capture the value from the conditions (just set the field as hidden), and then use this calculation field widget to get the value from that added field.
