Google Sheets Integration Issue

My forms are not sending data to my Google Sheets.  This is affecting my productivity :(

Me too, but no answers. It's on then off, then on, then off again. I like jotform, but integration with google sheets cannot be relied upon and so i'm off to seek an alternative. What choice do i have. Gave them a chance and they continue to muff it up.

Let me know what you find, because I feel the same way.  I'll be looking as well.  I found a forum response earlier that described the same problem from two days ago, that was claimed to be resolved, but here we are again. :(

It's a shame, because Jotform itself has been a great asset to my business.  

Plus it's all well and good for the tech's to suggest relinking, but not only is that NOT WORKING, but it creates a completely different sheet, but a new link. Which if like me you have shared the link, you start to look like you don't know what your doing if you have to tell your clients, "Oh sorry that links broken, try this one, then oh sorry that one got broken etc etc. Jotform is making me look like an unprofessional idiot. That's as opposed to a professional idiot i guess lol

I can understand your frustration. And we are sorry for the inconvenience. Currently we are facing some technical issue with Google Spreadsheet integration. There is a delay in transferring the data to the Spreadsheet. This is probably because of some changes at our side or Google side.
