Still not getting email alerts/notifications

    I am not getting email alerts when someone signs up on my website. I have tried signing up on my website using 5 different email qaddresses (inlcudinbg gmail & yahoo mail) I did not received a single email alerts. I cnhaged the sender email to noreply@jotform as suggested & even tested it successfully after this but as soon as i sign up on the website I do not get the notrificaiton.

    Please help

    Please request your ISP/email services provider to whitelist Jotmails IPs indicated below;

     Please lets know if this issue persist

    Hi & thanks for the reply.

    I am still having the same issue - I reste my password and received the password reset email twice but when i test the form on my website by signing up with any of my email addresses I do not get notificaiton emails.

    BTW i did whitelist the IP's you supplied

    This is what worked for me.



    Log into your  Webmail (via your e-mail provider) and look at the Spam Filters. Mine was seeing JotForm as Spam mail so it wasn't letting it even come into the inbox. Once we put JotForm on the "Safe Senders" list all e-mails came in.


    Even if the e-mails have be coming and stopped all of a sudden check your spam folder. 


    Problem solved.

    Try to set your Sender E-mail to, see image below.

    Or you can also try to follow Boon's advise by logging in to your webmail (via email provider) and see if Jotform Mails are marked as a Spam. If it is, please add it on your whitelist.
