Jump-Page Condition doesn't work very well [almost solved]

Asked by Dabster on April 18, 2012 at 11:21 AM

    Hi dears,

I'm having a little problem with one of the conditions that is not working as I wanted to.

The problem is on the 6th page where I set a condition to when the last field is filled (wich is set as "Required") then after the user click on the "Next" button, it jumps to page 8 (the last page).

But that's not what is happening, it ignores the condition and goes to the page 7 and the most weird thing is that when I go back to page 6 and click on the "next" button again, it works!

Please, I need this form as soon as possible. Hope you guys can help me :). Thx in advance

Well, after doing a bunch of tests I discovered what was wrong with the form. It wasnt the condition neither the new tab.
It was just a matter of "Click" or tap "Enter"!

After I fill the last field and click on the "Next" button the condition works, but if I run to the "Next" button by using the "Tab" key of the keyboard and press "Enter" the condition doesnt work!

Thats not a big problem that needs to be fixed in a hurry but if the user is a person who doesnt have a mouse to run through the pages of the form or even likes to use the keyboard to instead of mouse (like me), he/she will just see the page he wasnt supposed to see. But i think you guys could do somethin for that doesnt happen.

Well, thanks anyways, I'm just tryin to make your product greater than it already is :)

Hello, Dabster.  I was able to replicate the problem so I have reported this to the development team.  They will respond to this thread as soon as there are updates.

    Thank you for your patience.
