Not getting email notifications

    Hello, the e-mails for the job sheet and for transcripts are not being sent to the depo@ontherecordllc.com e-mail address.  I have asked 1and1 to assist but they have referred me to you.  We have not had an e-mail from jof forms since 8/29.  Will you be able to resend those submissions?

    The email recipient is in the bounce list. This is the reason why he/she is not getting email notifications from JotForm.

    I have removed it from the list now. I checked your notification and I found out that the Sender Email is set to "Please Select" or blank. This is the reason why that email is in the bounce list. Please change it to JotForm or Name, just don't leave it blank.
