The code I need to embed does not work for my website

    Hi! I made a simple (but heavily edited the CSS) to match the style I have for a website I am working on. 

    It seems like the form I want to embed does not work. I tried to make a second one, but the same thing has happened. I am using cargo for this website.

    can you please help me out?

    I forgot to mention, that the form was embedded using its iframe embed code.
