How to access an integrated file through google docs?

Could i ask the best way to access an integrated file through google docs? I set up integration but now I'm having a difficult time loading the spreadsheets for registration

I am sorry the description of the problem is not really clear, so I could not immediately come up with  a resolution. Please provide clarity.

What I understand so far is, you are saying that you cannot open/load the google spreadsheet.

The issue might not be related to the JotForm Form Builder. It could be just your google docs account.
