I am trying to get a custom form, and styling the inputs and inserting headers does not seem to work well for me.

So I decided to just use a Free Text item and do all the coding inside of that.  I have it looking the way I want, but the inputs do not seem to be saving once you submit the form?

I see the form from the link JotForm provides:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21076773082959

but when I try and preview the form using Lightbox it does not work either?

Am I able to create a form using just a Free Text element or will this not work with JotForm?

To get the information saved, you will need to use generated by our form builder code for inputs.

In other words, you can add the fields to your form.

Then, get the form Source code, and copy the code of needed fields.

Then, you will be able to put that code into Free Text (HTML). If you would like to use our Lightbox code, then mentioned Free Text (HTML) element should be located on the separate form, and in this case all the data will be submitted to original form (not to this one with injected code).

We will check the problem with Lightbox in your other thread.

Thank you for using our services.
