we prevouslt had all of our form working with Mail chimp now we tried to swith to VR and it hangs at the very end and does not complete the integration. I tried diff browsers. unlinking Mail chimp nothing seems to work thanks freida

VR has a weird navigation for User Interface which may look like it's not syncing submissions to VR. This usually happens when you have used "All Contacts" as your list for receiving contacts from JotForm, instead of having it on a custom made list.
If you you have selected the list of your submissions to land in "All contacts", create a custom list in your VR account so it will have a list of lists. Next, click All Contacts to see the contacts you have received from your JotForm-VR integration.
Note: Please also be sure to not delete your existing list in your VR account. Otherwise, that's one of the factors to why the submission will fail.
