JotForm is not adding subscribers to a group

The new subscriber is added to Mailchimp, but they are not added tp the group.  I have the group selected in the JotForm integration.

Can you try to re-integrate your Mailchimp Integration (remove current integration and integrate again) and see if this will fix the issue? I have also cleared your form cache to refresh your form on our servers.
