Every time someone submits a form it does not go through.

I have checked your recent form: https://www.jotform.com/51040393884153. And successfuly made a test submission on your form.
I am also able to see that submission on Submission report page:
If you are not receiving email notification of Form submissions, then please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
Also please check the below URL, which explains, how to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues:

and it would automatically update on our website but now we have to update
the source code everytime we make a change.
Which we do not mind at all we love your service and are looking into your
paid services soon. Thank you for testing and confirming the submission
page works.
