    Blank screen is displayed when form is submitted.

    Hello,

    When we are attempting to make edits on our submissions, we are able to move through the various pages of the forms and click submit at the end but then the form sits and says "Please Wait" for a little while and then goes to a white screen.  When we refresh the page, the edits were not saved.  

     

    We have closed the browser and restarted the session, as well as cleared our history and cookies and we are getting the same issue.

    Hello Emily,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I sent a test submission in your form and I was redirected to PayPal checkout page successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

    I am anyway sending this thread to our backend team so that they can have a second look into this issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.  We do have the forms embedded into the website.  Currently, I think about 20 of our forms are embedded into the website.

     

    When I was doing my tests this morning, I was using this: http://coachfederation.org/iractp4

     

    It appears to be working on and off where we are able to make edits and submissions and other times we get the blank screen.  This is happening to myself and 4 other colleagues that I know of.  We are using Chrome, IE and FireFox and were getting the same results.

    You have integrated your form with Dropbox and we had an issue with forms showing a blank screen after submissions when they were integrated with JotForm Dropbox, but this was reported and resolved by our developers. 

    I have also tested your form and I was able to submit it without any problem, I was redirected to the PayPal payment page:

    I can see you report that it happens also when you're editing your submissions, I tested on my end and it works too, just to confirm I have tested your form editing my submission and I was redirected successfully to the custom thank you page that you have set up:
