PayPal Express: Why it redirects to a blank screen instead of payment page?

    Filling out Amazon vetting form. taken to https://submit.jotformpro.com/submit/51694649381972/ which presents a blank screen. How do I continue to Paypal and pay the fee?

    I have tested your form and I can see the blank screen showing after clicking the submit button, I have cloned your form and integrated it with PayPal Express and it worked, I got this when clicked on the submit button:

    I would suggest you to try re-integrating your form, here is a guide that will help you to properly configure the integration, please make sure all is set up like in the guide: Configuring-PayPal-Express-Integration
