How can I edit the payment options?

I am using this form for a registration for a conference. It currently has both early bird and regular registration rates. The early bird period has ended, and I want to remove those options from the payment options.

Yes, it is possible to edit or remove products from your payment form, go to the Form Builder, click on the payment field and then open the payment wizard: 

Once in the wizard click on the next button until you get the products: 

Once in the products section you will be able to remove or delete products: 

Click next until close the payment wizard, save all the changes and it should be reflected in your form.
