Regardless if you're on a free or paid account, you may change your email address. However, I'm not sure which email you're trying to change so I'll just list them both and how to change them.
1. If you want to change your registered email (the one you used the very first time you signed up), just go to your Account page > PROFILE > then EDIT
2. If what you're trying to change is the email where you get submission notifications, here's a quick guide on How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
