Facebook tab app not working

    Hi, the Facebook app isn't working on my page, I've installed and removed it several times but it's still showing a 404

    The direct link to the form is also not working:

    Could you please let me know how to fix this.

    I checked your form and it is working fine. However, it seems that the form is not showing properly in your Facebook page.

    Please try removing the Facebook tab in the Apps Settings. After removing it, please logout from your Facebook account. Go to your JotForm account and open the form you want to embed on the Facebook page. Follow the steps on this guide: Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Facebook-Page.

    It will ask you to login to your account account. After that, the form should show up in the Facebook tab. Also, please provide the URL of your Facebook page so that we can further investigate.
