Dowloading submissions failed

    Hello,

    We made a JofForm to gather submissions for an art exhibition.  I keep getting the message that my pdf download of submissions has failed. 

    I need to download all the submissions with images and sizes of artwork.  What could be preventing this?  And is there another method to download?

    I just tested downloading of submissions and I wasn't abele to replicate this issue:

    Could you please try again since it was probably just a temporary glitch.

    Same problem on a form of mine: Downloading submissions between 0 and 20 failed.
