How to keep the design in form in preview?

I click save. And it saves my progress however when i open it as a link to fill in, the form design is not there. Design is only during editing and the after page once you have filled the form. the form itself stays white and bland as like the default is.

I check your form, it is very nice. 

But you souldn't add background color and background image at the same time. If you want to add background color, you solud not add background image on design tab,  vice versa.

I cloned your form and removed background image, it works.
