My clients are getting the appropriate forms, filling them out, and sending them back to me. The trouble is that I not getting them back. Is this a email address issue?

I saw your email email@example.com in the bounce list, which I have now removed. So once you receive forms, you should be able to get them to your inbox.
It appears that your mail server rejected the email for some reason. Anyhow, I also noticed that you have changed your email to a gmail account. Can you confirm that this problem has been fixed now?
