If I understand correctly, whenever your form is submitted, you receive 10 copies of the same notification in your email?
I checked your form and it looks like you have several conditions setup for the email notification. This is the reason why you receive multiple emails with the same information each time you submit the form. These conditions are for different fields but they all send the notification to the same email address, and since they will all be triggered if the condition for each of them is fulfilled, then this means they will all send you the notification.
To resolve the issue, please delete the other Change Email Recipient conditions in your form that are being sent to the email address email@example.com. You can leave out just 1 condition for your form so that you only receive 1 email of that submission.
