How to show a field based on other field's input?

The other question... I have found a form that I was looking to see if it could be duplicated possibly.

Here is a link to the page for reference: http://www.toddwiese.com/gold_findout

Basically there are 2 radio buttons, if you click on the 2nd option a text box displays for a prospect to add more details.

Is there any way to do this?

I have attached a link to the form that I am working on below

Yes, it is possible to do that, you only need to set up conditions in your form, you can show a field based on an answer or only if the radio buttons are filled no matter the selected option.

Here is a guide that will help you with that: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Please if you have any question, let us know.

Thank You Kevin!  That worked perfectly.   Took me a little bit to to figure out that if I want a text box or comment box to appear as a result of the conditions and selecting a particular option, I would first need to add the box and then set it to be hidden...

    Overall, this works perfectly!

Glad to know you get your form working fine.

When you set a condition to show a field then the affected field will be hidden by default and it will be shown only if the condition is met, otherwise the affected field will not be shown.

For example, I have set a condition to show an email field only if the Text Box field is filled with "Yes" otherwise the email field does not show, please take a look to my sample here: https://form.jotform.com/62567900446965
