Upgraded to Silver Yearly subscription but also charged for Bronze Monthly

I just upgraded from bronze to silver on the 50% off plan but I ust got charged for a monthly bronze. Can you please help. I thought I would have been charged for a year silver but just got charged for bronze silver. Thank you

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we did not receive your screenshot. Could you please share it again? This guide will show you how to do that. I've also checked your most recent invoice and didn't see any double charge.

Thanks for getting back to us. Although I am unable to view the attachment you shared, I have a better understanding of what is happening. As seen in your account, you paid $42.90 on November 20, 2023, this was for your Bronze Monthly subscription. On the same date, you upgraded to the Silver Yearly with the 50% discount ($294). As seen on this invoice, you receive a credit of $38.97 for unused time on Bronze Monthly after November 20, 2023. Instead of paying of $294 you only pay $255.03 + GST (10%) $25.50 which give you a total of $280.53.
