How to change the Page Title of the form?

    I'm trying to fix a title as well but when I click the "preferences" button on the toolbar, nothing happens.

    Should now show up in browser tab and Facebook as 2017 Kuvasz Rescue Calendar

    Suggestions please.

    I cloned the form you mentioned and failed to replicate the issue you're reporting. The PREFERENCES button worked as intended.

    Here's a short clip showing that, along with the section in the PREFERENCES where you can change the PAGE TITLE:

    Please give it another try. We recommend you use Chrome and try logging out of your account then log back in. If that won't suffice, even after using Chrome, and even after logging back in, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

    Thank you SO MUCH! I use Watefox (64-bit Netscape) and that was the problem with no working preferences button. Once I installed Chrome, everything worked perfectly per your clip.

    So what if you're using Firefox and don't want to install Chrome? Are you just stuck then?

    This is an ongoing issue with cloned forms, and I wish you would fix it so it works properly on all platforms.
