It is not possible to create an email campaign using your jotform account. If you want to create email campaigns, I would suggest using one of the available email marketing services such as Mailchimp or Vertical Response. Both of these services can be easily integrated with jotform so you can collect the emails using jotform and then use the email services to create your campaign.
